What’s Included

This package includes:

• Up to 5 pages, including a blog with up to 3 posts or a portfolio with up to 3 projects. Typical pages include: Home, Services, About, Blog/Portfolio, and Contact
• 1-hour strategy session

• Legal pages, such as Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions, using your provided content

Timeline

2 weeks! Here’s an example of a typical timeline:

Before the Start Date: You'll create an inspiration board, complete our questionnaires & compile your site's content (branding + photos + copy, which can all be added on if you'd like us to do this for you!)
On the Start Date: We’ll have a morning kick-off call to make sure we’re on the same page!
Week One: We’ll get to work on the homepage & send it over for you to review the overall style/look.
Week Two: By the beginning of the second week, we’ll send the full site for your review! Share your feedback & we’ll send over revisions in time for the big reveal.
Launch Party: At the end of the second week, we’ll have a launch-party call to go over any questions, connect your domain & transfer ownership!

Pricing

Starting at $5,000 (plus any add-ons!)
*Note: The SquareSpace membership fee is not included in this price.

If you’d like to add any of our additional services, we’re happy to provide the following add-ons:

  • Additional Pages: $250/page

  • Visual Curation: $500 (if you don’t have imagery & don’t want to spend time looking, we can source them for you)

  • Branding: $1,500 (includes style guidelines with 3 logo variations, custom color palette & font selections)

  • Copywriting: $1,500 (give us an idea of what you want to say & we’ll optimize it for SEO, branding & conversion)

  • Online Scheduling System: $500 (sync calendar & accept appointments – paid services include online payments)

  • E-Commerce Shop Installation: $1,000 (up to 5 products via Squarespace Commerce. Additional product pages: $200/ea)

VIP Day Tour

If you already have a SquareSpace website started & need help fine-tuning it to turn it into something you’re proud to share with the world, we can help! Our VIP Day Tours are designed to cross off your to-do list!

What’s Included

Some of the things that we can accomplish within the 8-hour Day Tour include:

  • Moving your site from SquareSpace 7.0 to 7.1

  • Redesigning a few of your website’s pages

  • Updating your site’s branding with new colors, fonts, and imagery

  • Adding in custom elements to elevate your website

  • Making your site more streamlined

  • Getting you setup with a third-party Squarespace template

  • Having a new basic website set up for you with a great foundation for adding in your content

Timeline

Here’s an example of a typical timeline for our VIP Day Tour:

Before the Booked Date: If applicable, you'll create an inspiration board, complete our questionnaires & compile your site's content (branding + photos + copy, which can all be added on if you'd like us to do this for you!)

On the Booked Date: We’ll have a quick 30-minute morning kick-off call to make sure we’re on the same page!

Next, we’ll get to work on crossing off the items on your to-do wish list with dedicated attention on just your website for 8 hours.

Additional tasks that were not completed can be purchased for an hourly fee or by purchasing an additional full or half Day Tour.

If you want to create your own website but need help pulling together a cohesive look & style, we can help curate an online presence that will help you attract your dream clients!

Available Options

Visual Curation:
If you don’t have images for your website & don’t want to spend time looking for stock images, we can source them for you based on the vibe you’re looking for!

  • Includes images for up to 5 pages

  • Includes 20 stock images/videos

  • Additional images/pages available for an extra minimal fee

Branding:
These days, a put-together online business is all about branding! If you don’t already have brand guidelines, we love helping our clients curate their online look.

  • Includes 3 logo directions (with two rounds of revisions)

  • All styles of the logo (icon only, favicon, knocked out, square, etc.)

  • Logo files for print (svg) & digital (png)

  • Custom color palette (hex codes)

  • Style guide of fonts, colors, and icons

  • Directions for adding your assets to a Canva account

Copywriting:
At a loss for words when it comes to adding copy as you build your own website? Give us an idea of what you want to say & we’ll optimize it for SEO, branding & conversion.

  • Custom website copy for 5 pages (up to 1,200 words per site page)

  • Brand messaging guidelines designed to attract your target audience

  • SEO keywords based on your industry + optimization throughout your website

  • Additional pages available for an extra minimal fee
